We are thrilled to welcome summer guests to the Butterfield Bluestone (formerly Butcher & Bar), the burger, snack shack and outdoor bar at Hasbrouck House! Bluestone is open select weekends throughout the summer months - featuring classic summer favorites, food truck and cocktail pop ups, community events, markets and more!

Guests are welcome to dine alfresco under the sailcloth tent or bring a blanket and picnic on our great lawn.
Relax around our blazing bonfires, catch a film under the stars, or enjoy a friendly game at our outdoor game courts!
