Join us on Sunday February 10th from 6-8:30 as we welcome local winemakers Matthew Spaccarelli and Casey Erdmann of Fjord Winery. We will taste some of their amazing wines paired with a four course dinner. We'll start with canapes in our bar followed by a creamy potato leek soup in our dining room paired with a Hudson River Region Chardonnay. You will be served at a communal table in our dining room. We then move on to your choice of salmon or short ribs paired with a Merlot made with grapes from Long Island, kissed by the sea. The meal with conclude with an ice wine served with a chocolate tarte.
