$72 per person (plus tax + gratuity)
Join us on Sunday April 7th as we welcome Yancey + Michael Migliore of Whitecliff Winery for a wine paired dinner. Yancey will speak about the vineyards and winery in nearby Gardiner. We'll taste 4 wines paired with four hors d'oeuvres. The event will begin with sparkling wine in our bar room as you snack on a selection of tray passed hors d'oeuvres. Riesling will be paired with smoked salmon crepes as an appetizer in our main dining room and the entree will be Highland Farm Venison paired with a Malbec+Merlot blend. The meal will conclude with their "Bourbon Barrel Aged Blond" which will be paired with our coconut panna cotta.
