Mexican Independence Day Dinner

Explore authentic Mexican cuisine via the Hudson Valley with Guest Chef Luke Hand.

Chef Luke Hand is a graduate of Latin American studies at the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio and is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in food management at the Hudson Valley campus of the CIA. At this special dinner on Mexico's Independence Day, Chef Hand will honor the rich and diverse heritage of food from Mexico, using ingredients from our local farms. 

Tickets are $58 per person and include a complimentary margarita, followed by a four-course dinner, served family style. Vegetarian items will be available.

Dishes will include Queso fundido (melted Oaxacan cheese and housemade tortilla chips), Pozole rojo (chile-infused hominy and pork stew), Chiles en nogada (stuffed Poblano peppers), Tres leches (three milk infused cake), and more!
